Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers
Thermal sizing in HTRI, mechanical checks in PV Elite, fabrication to TEMA and ASME VIII — up to bellows-type units with 400 mm tubesheets.
See specificationsWith a hairpin you get genuine counterflow in a compact unit that stacks neatly. We make single-tube and multi-tube designs, singly or as multi-section banks. A recent set was supplied to Petroleum Development Oman by way of Fortune Engineering & Energy Services.
Deals with temperature crosses with no need for additional shells.
Multi-section banks cut the plot area needed on congested sites.
A natural fit for high-pressure gas and hydrocarbon streams.
Bundles withdraw easily for inspection and cleaning.

Choose a hairpin if the duty has a temperature cross, if the load is small to medium, or if high pressure would push a shell & tube design into heavy, costly territory.
Yes, we export worldwide: the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe, the Americas and the CIS. Both of our plants sit in Coimbatore, roughly 195 km by road from Cochin, and we also dispatch through Tuticorin, Chennai and Nhava Sheva. Every unit is crated for ocean freight and can be routed by sea to any port you name. Operators such as ADNOC, PDO Oman, OQ, QAPCO, Kuwait Oil Company and Ma'aden already run our equipment.
Certainly. Bureau Veritas, Lloyd's Register, TÜV NORD, SGS and HSB inspect in our shops routinely, among other agencies, and we welcome your own inspector at any hold point.
