Double Pipe Heat Exchangers
Nothing in heat transfer is simpler than a double pipe exchanger — a pipe running inside a larger pipe. It is a good match for low heat loads, temperature crosses and very high pressures, and extra sections can be bolted on later when your plant expands.

How does a hairpin differ from a double pipe exchanger?
A hairpin is essentially a double pipe unit folded into a U, bringing both ends to one side and often carrying multiple tubes in the outer shell. That lets it take larger loads in a small footprint, while straight double pipe units remain the choice for the very smallest duties.
Do you ship to our country, wherever the site is?
Yes, we export worldwide: the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe, the Americas and the CIS. Both of our plants sit in Coimbatore, roughly 195 km by road from Cochin, and we also dispatch through Tuticorin, Chennai and Nhava Sheva. Every unit is crated for ocean freight and can be routed by sea to any port you name. Operators such as ADNOC, PDO Oman, OQ, QAPCO, Kuwait Oil Company and Ma'aden already run our equipment.
May a third-party inspector or our own engineer witness testing?
Certainly. Bureau Veritas, Lloyd's Register, TÜV NORD, SGS and HSB inspect in our shops routinely, among other agencies, and we welcome your own inspector at any hold point.
