Permits us to design and fabricate pressure vessels, heat exchangers included, under ASME Section VIII Division 1.
Open certificateAn Indian maker of heat transfer, cooling and static equipment for energy clients worldwide, operating two factories in Coimbatore.
Incorporated in 1989, United Cooling Systems Private Limited is today a well-established Indian producer of static and heat transfer equipment serving the energy industry. Our range covers heat exchangers, cooling towers (FRP and field-erected units, plus closed-circuit coolers), pressure vessels, storage tanks and bespoke static equipment.
Our engineers model every job using AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, PV Elite and HTRI. The company is authorised for the ASME U, U2 and R stamps and registered with the National Board (NB), and is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015; we are also an API member, enlisted with EIL and registered under IBR.
Backed by our own R&D centre, broad know-how across alloys, fast-track execution and round-the-clock after-sales service, we deliver complete heat transfer packages to refinery, petrochemical, oil and gas and power clients at home and in export markets worldwide.
To design and build process equipment where quality and safety are never compromised, fully conforming to international codes and standards, and creating enduring value for customers throughout the worldwide energy sector.
To earn a place among the most trusted makers of process equipment anywhere, defining the standard for excellence in engineering, for innovation and for sustainable growth in markets around the world.

Buying process equipment from another country only works when the maker is easy to reach, honest about lead times and strict about quality. That is how we have worked for more than three decades.
Desert heat, humid coasts, offshore spray or sub-zero winters: ambient, cooling medium and corrosion allowance are set from your site data, not a generic datasheet.
The engineers who calculate your unit are the ones who answer your questions, so nothing is lost between a sales office and the shop floor.
ASME U, U2 and R stamps, National Board registration, IBR, EIL enlistment and ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 cover what most vendor lists ask for.
Seaworthy crating, marking, inspection release and the full document pack, shipped from Cochin, Tuticorin, Chennai or Nhava Sheva.
Each factory is certified to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, carries ASME U and U2 stamps and is registered with the National Board.
